How do I use both an AHA and a BHA exfoliant in the same routine?

Alternate between AHA and BHA daily. For those exfoliating 2x/day, use one in the morning and the other at night. Experiment to see what works best for you.

What are the differences between AHA and BHA exfoliants?

AHA is best for normal to dry skin and improves the look of fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven tone. BHA is best for normal to oily or blemish-prone skin. It helps unclog pores, reduce blemishes, and smooth bumpy texture.

My exfoliant smells or looks different. Is it still okay to use?

Yes! You may notice changes in color, texture, or scent due to our fragrance- and dye-free formulas; this is normal. For best results, replace the product after the marked PAO or expiration date, as effectiveness may decline after that time.

Are there any safety precautions I should take before using an AHA or BHA exfoliant?

Always apply an SPF 30+ during the day. Consult with your physician before using BHA if you have a salicylate allergy. When using AHA, avoid prolonged sun exposure.

Are these exfoliants fragrance-free?
